Approved Maintenance ProvidersLevel 1 service providers are authorized to provide operations and maintenance on systems serving single family residences with flow less than or equal to 1000 gallons per day. Level 1 service providers must attain the new Alternative Treatment System Operator license through DPOR when it becomes available or they will no longer be approved to perform maintenance on our systems. Advanced Treatment Systems will place no limit on the number of Level 1 service providers it will authorize in Virginia. Level 2 service providers are authorized to provide operations and maintenance on systems serving single family residences with flows in excess of 1000 gallons per day as well as residential cluster systems and commercial sites. Level 2 service providers must attain the new Alternative Treatment System Operator license through DPOR when it becomes available. Advanced Treatment systems will limit the number of Level 2 service providers it will authorize in any given county. Please contact us directly if you are interested in this program.
