Any Virginia Licensed Engineer, PE is qualified and easily capable of designing a Bio-COIR or Aero-CELL wastewater treatment system.

Virginia Certified AOSE's are also allowed under the CODE OF VIRGINIA to design residential treatment systems that are less than 1000 gpd with certain restrictions.
